About Celina
I spent five years inside Capital Markets at Lloyds Bank Corporate Markets, coordinating international investor roadshows and working alongside senior finance professionals across global markets. I saw first-hand how financial communication works under real pressure — the language of investor scrutiny, the structure of high-stakes decisions, the difference between a presentation that moves a room and one that doesn't.
After Lloyds, I spent over a decade in education, training as a teacher and working in some of London's most demanding classrooms. That experience gave me something most communication coaches don't have — a deep understanding of how people actually learn, change their habits, and build new skills under pressure.
I bring both worlds into my coaching. Finance gives me the context. Teaching gives me the method.
